Corporate Social Responsibility Policy

Our company, which adopts acting with a sense of social responsibility towards our employees, society, and the environment at every stage of production and management as a fundamental management principle, commits to the following:

1-    To act in accordance with the procedures and principles regarding the employment of child and young workers and not to employ any workers under the age of 18,
2-    To employ employees based on their ability to perform the job, without discrimination on the grounds of race, color, language, ethnic origin, political opinion, marital status, age, pregnancy, or gender, and to carry out remuneration, social benefits, and promotions in line with this principle,
3-    To respect the personality and dignity of every employee and not to tolerate any form of verbal, physical, or psychological harassment or coercion,
4-    To comply with applicable laws and obligations when determining working hours and to base overtime work on a voluntary basis,
5-    To make normal and overtime payments as stipulated by applicable laws and regulations,
6-    To adopt a proactive approach based on risk analysis, ensure the participation of all employees in occupational health and safety practices, and implement a working system that prioritizes employees’ overall health and safety,
7-    To comply with applicable environmental legislation, prevent environmental pollution and reduce it at the source based on environmental aspects and impact assessments, and increase efficiency in the use of energy and natural resources,
8-    To provide our services in a timely manner and under the conditions we commit to, with a customer satisfaction–oriented approach, and to treat our customers with respect, equality, and courtesy,
9-    To not tolerate bribery and corruption under any circumstances and to act in accordance with ethical principles,
10-    To act with sensitivity to the traditions and cultures of Türkiye and the countries in which we operate, and to comply with all applicable legal regulations,
11-    To ensure that our suppliers operate in line with our principles,
12-    To act with a sustainability-oriented approach, reduce our impacts on society and the environment, and take social responsibility and environmental risk management into consideration.
