Complete fabrication of 4 Filter Vessels (Model 1800WS-139/2500), 4 Manifolds, and 15 Buffer

Tanks for Filtration Group BV. The project includes end-to-end manufacturing processes,

provision of certified materials, hydrostatic leakage testing in an upright position, surface

treatments (pickling and passivation), and the preparation of comprehensive Manufacturing

Data Reports.

Scope of Work:

Project Management & QC Documentation, Material Procurement (EN 10204 3.1), Provision of

Specific Clamping Bolts, Manufacturing of Vessels, Nozzles, and Collector Boxes, NDT &

Quality Control, Hydrostatic Leakage Testing, Pickling & Passivation of Austenitic Materials,

Installation of Free-Issue Name Plates, Packing, Delivery, and Final QC Dossier including

Manufacturing Data Reports.
