Project Details:

Complete fabrication of EC (Electrocoating) Tanks for Dürr Systems AG, destined for high-profile automotive facilities including BMW and Audi. The project encompasses the entire manufacturing process based on client-supplied 3D models, material procurement, rigorous Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and specialized surface preparations tailored to the distinct technical requirements of each automotive brand.

 

Scope of Work:

Preliminary Documentation (ITP, NDE, WPS/WPQ), Preparation of Shop Drawings from 3D Models, Material Procurement with Mill Certificates, Fabrication of EC Tanks, Supply of Lifting Lugs for Transport Modules, and Quality Control & NDT. Specialized surface treatments include: grinding and edge rounding for BMW tanks, and Sa 2½ surface preparation with 20 µ shop primer coating for Audi tanks. Final deliverables include "As-Built" documentation, packing, and loading.
